Your first session is a comprehensive intake. We’ll explore the origin of your symptoms, what you’ve tried so far, and your current health regime and self-care practices. This is also a chance for you to have a feel for my energy and style to further assess if we’re a good fit to work together. Finding just the right therapist is imperative to your results and I want you to feel confident you’ve found that in me.

The length of therapy varies for each person. Many people experience meaningful results within six - ten sessions — especially when sessions are consistent and you are committed to practicing the strategies presented within your treatment plan.
