I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. However, I can provide superbills to clients who meet diagnostic criteria and wish to seek reimbursement from their health insurance. You are encouraged to call your insurance provider to verify benefits prior to scheduling your intake appointment. You are responsible for independently coordinating suberbill submissions to your insurance. If you have questions about this, we can talk about it in a free 20-minute consultation.

My work is rooted in both rigorous academic study and over 15 years of direct client experience. Out of that 15 years, the past 8 years have been spent working specifically with chronic pain patients and the anxiety, depression, and life transitions that come with it. I understand what you are going through, and how to help you feel better!

Your first session is a comprehensive intake. We’ll explore the origin of your symptoms, what you’ve tried so far, and your current health regime and self-care practices. This is also a chance for you to have a feel for my energy and style to further assess if we’re a good fit to work together. Finding just the right therapist is imperative to your results and I want you to feel confident you’ve found that in me.

The length of therapy varies for each person. Many people experience meaningful results within six - ten sessions — especially when sessions are consistent and you are committed to practicing the strategies presented within your treatment plan.
