EMBODIED PRESENCE FOR THERAPISTS, COACHES, & HEALERS.

Support for therapists & coaches

You can only take others as deep as you can hold yourself.

As a therapist, coach, healer, or guide, you know that techniques are important, but it’s your presence that creates the safety for the breakthroughs.

The nervous system of the person leading the space becomes the template for the nervous system of the client or group.

This is why people can feel safer with one practitioner than another, even if their skills are equal.

What most trainings don’t teach you is how to embody the level of groundedness, attunement, and inner ease that allows clients to relax the moment they’re with you.

My specialty is helping healers develop:

Embodied Regulation:
The ability to soften your own system so you can hold a calm, steady, transformative field.

Somatic Awareness:
Recognizing subtle cues in yourself and your clients so you can guide your sessions with clarity and impact.

Nervous System Resilience:
Learning to stay anchored, even when others are dysregulated or you’re navigating complex emotional territory.

Intuitive Leadership:
Bringing forward the unconscious material beneath a client’s words… without force, pressure, or overwhelm.

Authentic Expression:
Leading in a way that feels true to your own body and spirit, rather than performing a “role” or following a scripted technique.

It’s time to embody your presence, integrate your intuition, and facilitate the deep transformation you know you’re work is capable of.

How support for therapists & coaches works

With my support, you’ll learn how to regulate, resource, and stay present — so your presence becomes your most powerful tool.

I know the struggles because I’ve felt them myself. I’ve sat in sessions where my own parts were triggered, times I wanted to leave the therapist route because I didn’t feel fully aligned with the structures of traditional therapy, and times when I questioned how to integrate somatic and mind-body tools authentically.

Our work combines somatic practices, mind-body tools, and reflective consultation to help you notice what’s happening in real time — both in your client and in yourself. You’ll learn which practices strengthen you outside of sessions, and which to use in the moment when you need them most.

Over time, you’ll feel freer and more confident in your own style. You’ll learn to honor the depth of your felt experience while remaining connected to all you’ve learned in your profession, creating a way of working that feels authentic, sustainable, and impactful.

FAQs

  • These sessions are more like coaching and consulting than therapy. Unless you need a deeper therapeutic container.

You’ll learn practices for both outside and in-session support, while exploring your own growth and integration as a practitioner with someone who has walked this journey before. Learn more.

  • We can clarify this together. If it feels like both would be helpful, I can wear a therapist hat at times and a consultation hat others. This is part of the embodied learning. ;-) Some sessions may lean more clinical, some more consultative, but all will support your regulation, growth, and confidence. Learn more.
